JDH strives to provide high-quality products for optimal performance and safety. However, hockey is a physical contact sport , and the use of our sticks carries inherent risks. Players should exercise caution and adhere to proper techniques and safety guidelines while using our products.
STICKS BREAKING
While JDH employs rigorous quality control measures to ensure the durability and strength of our sticks, it is acknowledged that in rare instances a stick may break or suffer damage during use. This may potentially result from factors including gameplay, collisions or unforeseen impacts. JDH cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from such instances.
INJURY
Field hockey involves inherent risks of injury, and players should be aware of these risks when participating in the sport. JDH is not responsible for injuries sustained during gameplay or practice. It is the responsibility of the player to use the equipment appropriately and follow all safety guidelines provided by relevant sports authorities.
WARRANTY
JDH offers a limited warranty on its field hockey sticks, covering manufacturing defects for 3 months after purchase when the equipment is used normally and in reasonable condition. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modifications or accidents.
CONDITIONS OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
- Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- The purchase was made within the 3 month warranty period.

Our Warranty stands in partnership with any applicable Australian consumer protection law.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your JDH, if it isn't quite right and you would like to return or exchange it, send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll exchange for a different model or process a full refund, excluding shipping.
Keep in mind, returned goods need to be in their original condition and where possible, original packaging.
If you made an error purchasing online, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to adjust your order before it is shipped, saving everyone some time and shipping costs.
